1. Botanical and historical introduction: We start at the foot of the centuries-old olive trees for an overview of olive tree botany and the history of its cultivation.
2. Visit to the Mill: Discover the process of extracting extra virgin olive oil directly at the mill.
3. Guided tasting: Learn to recognize an EVO oil through the senses of taste and smell.
4. Convivial moment: Conclude the journey by tasting some traditional foods enriched with extra virgin olive oil.
