Description
The limestone monolith of Pedra Longa (literally, high stone) is a natural monument that stands among the cliffs on the coast of Baunei. With its 120 m height and particularly slender shape derived from karst phenomena, it is an ideal destination for hikers and climbers. From here they can enjoy the evocative, deep blue colour of the crystal-clear waters. The peak is also known as Aguglia or Agugliastra, probable origin of the name Ogliastra.

Molto suggestivo! Arrivati alla Pedra Longa dal sentiero che parte da Santa Maria Navarrese, consigliatissimo! Facile sali scendi *** scorci stupendi! Dalla Pedra Longa troverete un bar ristorante, se proseguite, ci sono delle belle calette in cui fare il bagno!
Vista sia via terra,c è una strada raggiungibile in auto,non c è spiaggia,ci si trova soli in mezzo alla natura , enormi sassi attorno a questo meraviglioso masso gigantesco, via mare invece lo si vede benissimo ma non è emozionante come vederlo da terra
