Description

The waterfalls of Funtana de Is Arinus are located in an area covered with woods of oaks, cork oaks and holm oaks, in the lush territory of Nurallao. The Rio Sarcidano originates from this spring and its waters flow down to Lake Is Barrocus. The waterfall falls from a height of 20 metres. Within the park, visitors can find several other water sources along relaxing walking trails. It is an ideal place for trekking and nature lovers.

How to get

Located between Campidano and Barbagia, at about 40 km distance from Cagliari, the site is reached by the characteristic train Trenino Verde.
