Frequently asked questions

Essential answers to retrieve a booking, understand availability and know who to contact when you need help.

On both the web app and the mobile app, you are advised to download the QR Code at the end of the booking. If you booked through the web app, you can still retrieve it by entering your email here: https://heartofsardinia.com/login.php.

If you used the mobile app, you can find it in the Account section at the bottom right and then under "Manage bookings". If none of these options works, please write to us in the chat at the bottom right or at info@eagersrl.com.

Make sure you read the availability figure correctly: for example, 0/250 means that 0 places remain available out of 250, not that 0 places have been taken.

If, for example, you see 45/250 but still cannot book, it is because some places, such as Cala Goloritzé, stop same-day bookings after the start time for the day has passed. In these cases you can try to show up in person without a booking, but there is no guarantee that a place will be available.

Bookable places use policies that may be similar or different: some allow bookings up to five months in advance, while others only open bookings a few days ahead.

If some calendar dates are not clickable, that day is not bookable yet. In these cases, new places are released every day at midnight. This gives everyone a fair chance to book and prevents places from being taken too far in advance.

Yes. You can change it from the website at https://heartofsardinia.com/login.php by entering the email used for the booking.

If you used the mobile app, you can also change it from the Account section at the bottom right and then under "Manage bookings". You can only change the day, not the number of participants.

Normally, the conditions accepted at the time of purchase apply, and in most cases they do not provide for a refund under any circumstances.

If you believe there was a technical error or an exceptional circumstance, you can still try contacting the Infopoint for the booked place by clicking "Call" on the dedicated place page. Some additional guidance may also be included in the Useful information section, so make sure you have read all available information.

This can happen in three cases: you are booking a contribution that must be paid on site or separately, as with Asinara; you are a resident of the municipality linked to the bookable place and selected that option during booking; or the place is actually free. At the moment we do not host cases of this last type.

Please write to us in the chat at the bottom right and describe the issue as clearly as possible. You can also contact us from the app Settings or directly at info@eagersrl.com.
